  2. Prepare 1 cup of Maida/All-purpose Flour.

  1. In a bowl add Maida, carrom seeds and salt and mix. Add water to make a soft dough. Keep it covered for 10 mins.
  2. In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies. Sauté for 1-2 mins. Add roughy grated paneer, mashed potatoes and mix well.
